Hi! My name is Shivi, and I’m a senior studying Integrative Biology with a secondary in Economics. I grew up in northern New Jersey and exchanged living by the Hudson River for the Charles River (being a part of Winthrop House means amazing river views!). When not doing my work for the Admissions Office, I mentor students from Harvard’s neighboring communities of Allston and Brighton at the Harvard EdPortal (now remotely!), stage-manage for Ghungroo – campus’s largest annual production, and a celebration of South Asian dance and music – and serve as a representative on the Undergraduate Council, Harvard’s version of student government. It brings me joy to drink copious amounts of tea, experiment with new Zoom backgrounds, and play boardgames.
