Meet Madeline Dorroh
Hello! My name is Madeline, and I’m a rising senior living in Leverett House. I’m studying English with a secondary in Visual and Environmental Studies (specifically film production), and I’m hoping to work in entertainment after I graduate. I come from Harney County, Oregon, where I live with my family and animals on our ranch. Needless to say, coming to Harvard was a big change for me, but I absolutely love it and I wouldn’t want to be anywhere else! When I’m not studying I like to spend time with my friends, especially in the Harvard-Radcliffe Science Fiction Association, where we have weekly board game nights and Dungeons and Dragons sessions. I also illustrate op-eds for the Harvard Crimson, our student-run newspaper, and I volunteer for Y2Y, a local homeless shelter for teens and young adults. I’m so thrilled to be working for the Harvard College Connection this summer – I know how daunting starting the college application process can be. Feel free to reach out to me if you have any questions and I’ll do my best to answer!
