Welcome to the online Refund Request Form. Please note that you must be enrolled in Direct Deposit through the Student Accounts Office in order to request a refund.

Returning Students: Due to the new my.harvard Student Financial Services portal, you will need to re-enroll in Direct Deposit this year.

If you have not yet signed up for Direct Deposit, please go to the SAO website (http://sfs.harvard.edu/student-accounts). If you are not enrolled in Direct Deposit a check will be mailed to your local campus address. For this option, please allow for an additional 3‐5 business days.
