Move-In Day

Cars full of dorm necessities packed into Harvard Yard as families, friends, faculty, staff, and upperclassmen helped the first-years make their new Harvard house a home.

Crimson Kickoff

Lavietes Pavilion came alive with a screaming competition, wise words from faculty and PAFs, and a little friendly competition between the residential neighborhoods, before heading to the field for a full, fun day of activities.

Convocation

Despite the rainstorm that moved this year's Convocation from its usual Tercentenary Theatre location to Sanders Theatre, nothing could dampen the spirit of first-years eager to be officially inducted into Harvard.

"You are here at Harvard at an incredibly exciting time," Danoff Dean of Harvard College, David Deming, said to the students.

"Having met many of you already, the one thing I feel certain of is that you are up to the challenge. I can't wait to see what kind of community we build together."
