Alian GodoyCategory HFAI
Hey y’all! My name is Alian Godoy and my hometown is the lovely Tucson, Arizona. I’m a junior living in Winthrop House and I’m concentrating in applied mathematics with a secondary in art, film, and visual studies. Outside of class, I also have a punk rock show on the Harvard radio station and I'm an intern at the Department of Housing and Community Development. When I have time, I really enjoy traveling into Boston and New York and exploring the different museums. Although I’m halfway done with college now, I haven’t forgotten how difficult the application process was. There were many times when I felt lost or confused as a FGLI (first-gen low income) student, and resources from groups like HFAI helped me find my way. I hope to use my experiences to help make the application process easier for other students. So, if you have any questions about applying or about what life at Harvard is like, please reach out to me! I’m so excited to hear from you!
