Biography

My name is Audrey Cardoso, and I’m a sophomore in Kirkland House studying Sociology with a secondary in Ethnicity, Migration, and Rights. I grew up in Salinas, California, and I’m proud to be the daughter of immigrants from Sinaloa, Mexico. On campus, I’m involved as Co-Director of Community Engagement for the Latina Empowerment and Development Conference, a member of the Harvard Undergraduate Legal Committee, and part of Harvard-Radcliffe RAZA. I also volunteer as a Spanish interpreter at Harvard Law School. As a first-generation, low-income student, I’d be happy to share my experiences and answer any questions about navigating college resources! I’m really passionate about building community and helping others feel at home at Harvard, so please don’t hesitate to reach out!
