Alert: Winter Recess Office Closure
The Admissions & Financial Aid Office will be closed for winter recess from Tuesday, December 23, 2025 at 5:00PM ET through Monday, January 5, 2026 at 9:00AM ET. We will reopen with normal business hours on January 5 for phone calls and emails, and on Monday, January 12 for regular drop-in visitors.

Summer Loan Form
Overview
If you receive need-based aid during the regular academic year, and are taking summer school classes for Harvard credit, you are eligible for a Harvard Loan to help with the cost of summer school.
Deadline Passed
It is past the deadline to submit a Summer Loan request for the summer 2025 semester, but if you have questions, please email us at faoloans@fas.harvard.edu. Forms for the 2025-2026 academic year will be live starting in mid-July.
