Welcome to the online Refund Request Form.

Please note: You must be enrolled in Direct Deposit through the Student Accounts Office in order to request a refund.

If you have already graduated from the College, please contact us directly at faoinfo@fas.harvard.edu to request a refund.

Note: we are not yet able to approve refunds for the Spring 2026 term.  Please request any refunds from Spring 2026 aid after check-in begins on Jan 6, when 'Spring 2026' will be added to the 'Term' field on the refund form.

If you have not yet signed up for Direct Deposit, please go to the SAO website (http://sfs.harvard.edu/student-accounts). If you are connecting a Bank of America account, please use the "Paper or Electronic Check" routing number (not the "Wires" routing number) when setting up your Direct Deposit on the SAO website.
