Hi everyone! My name is Sarah, and I am a first-year student living in Thayer Hall! I was born-and-raised in Philadelphia, but my parents are immigrants from Alexandria, Egypt. I am planning to concentrate in Psychology or Sociology, and I am using my first year at the College to explore all my options! Outside of classes and the Harvard bubble, I love exploring new cities (currently navigating my way through Cambridge and Boston), fashion, and art. Being a first-generation college student, the application process seemed so difficult to navigate at first. Yet, with the help of my older siblings, parents, family, and school resources, I found my way through the (initially) daunting process.
