Ada
Biography
Piyali! My name is Ada, and I'm a junior from Naples, Florida. I am concentrating in Applied Mathematics, and I am living in Eliot House. I am passionate about immigration politics, and have enjoyed interning for a think tank organization as a researcher on Latin American policy. I am also passionate about reclaiming my Mexican heritage, and I have spent a year learning Nahuatl, a Mexican indigenous language (piyali is a greeting in Nahuatl). Outside of class, I am an avid boxer, runner, and dancer. A few of my favorite activities on campus are rehearsing with the Expressions Dance Group and helping with the publication of ReVista, the Harvard Review of Latin America. During my time with the Communications Office, I have loved working on the Faculty Spotlights, as well as being a part of new projects and the social media team! When I'm not studying or working, you can likely find me at Playa Bowls, Jefe's, or J.P. Lick's!
