Molecular and Cellular Biology, African and African American Studies

Hi there! My name is Opeoluwa Falako, but I usually go by Ope. I am a senior in Eliot House, and I hail from Saint Louis, MO. I'm studying Molecular and Cellular Biology with a secondary (our word for minor) in African American Studies. When I'm not answering your questions through the UMRP, I serve as one of the co-chairs of the Black Community Leaders. I hope to foster community between all Black students within the College, and beyond, and provide administrative support to all the undergraduate Black organizations. I am also the Advocacy and Community Engagement Chair for Harvard Undergraduate Black Harvard Advocates, serve on Eliot's House Committee (HoCo), and am on the Layout board for the Harvard Yearbook Publications where I design spreads for the annual Yearbook. I love photography, visual art, and activism. Feel free to reach out to me with any questions!
