Hi there! My name is Opeoluwa Falako, but I usually go by Ope. I am a junior in Eliot House, and I hail from Saint Louis, MO. I'm pursuing a joint concentration in African American Studies and Molecular and Cellular Biology. When I'm not answering your questions through the UMRP, I serve on the board of the Black Students Association as the President. I hope to foster community between all Black students within the College, and beyond, and to revamp what it means to be a member of the BSA. I am also the Development and Alumni Relations Chair for Harvard Undergraduate Black Harvard Advocates, serve on Eliot's House Committee (HoCo) and am on the Layout board for the Harvard Yearbook Publications where I design spreads for the annual Yearbook. I love photography, visual art, and activism. Feel free to reach out to me with any questions!
