Choetsow TenzinCategory UMRP
Hey y’all! My name is Choetsow Tenzin and I am a Junior living in Lowell House. I am originally from Charlottesville, Virginia – so wahoowa! My family is from Tibet, and I am a proud First Gen student. I took a gap year before coming to college where I am currently studying Social Studies with a secondary in Education. On campus, I am involved with the IOP’s Policy Writing and Politics of Race and Ethnicity (PRE) program. I am also involved in Harvard MUN and love writing for the Harvard International Review (HIR) and Crimson Flyby. Outside of school, I love exploring new restaurants, hiking, and trying fun activities with friends. Applying to colleges is an interesting process and based on my own experience, it can feel quite daunting. I am so thrilled to be a part of the UMRP family and share some of my experiences at Harvard with you. Please do not hesitate to reach out with any questions about anything – gap year to Harvard life! I am so excited to hear from you!
