Making it as Simple as Possible

Students with due charges receive periodic emails from Student Accounts. Your fall term payment is due mid-August. Spring term charges are billed in late December and are due in January. Account balances must be settled before you will be allowed to register for classes.

You have 24-hour access to your termbill account. Once you receive your PIN, you may access your account detail at any time. Please note that while Harvard provides you with access to your termbill, in order for your parents or others to view the bill and make e-payments, you must set them up as Delegates.

Families who desire greater flexibility in paying the termbill may wish to consider a financing option such as:

per semester, avoiding annual rate increases. The payment for a freshman is $190,072; for a sophomore $142,554; and for a junior $95,036.

Please note that this program covers tuition and health service fees only, and does not include room, board, or other fees. You and your family are responsible for paying these separate charges each semester, as instructed by your invoice.

  • For more details, please consult our TPO Fact Sheet.
  • To enroll in the program, please submit a Data Worksheet
  • We will begin sending contracts to participants in mid-June.

If you are receiving a need-based scholarship from the College, then you are not eligible to participate in this program. Outside scholarships may be applied toward your other charges. Unused funds can be returned to the family at any time (without interest) for students studying out of residence or withdrawing.

Enrollment in the Tuition Prepayment plan requires that you sign a contract with the Financial Aid Office, and you submit a payment by August 31, 2018, in time for fall term registration and to avoid a late enrollment penalty.
