Welcome to the online Refund Request Form. Please note that you must be enrolled in Direct Deposit through the Student Accounts Office in order to request a refund.

Please note: we are unable to process Fall 2017 refunds until you have registered for the Fall semester. Fall registration opens once you are on campus at the end of August.

If you have not yet signed up for Direct Deposit, please go to the SAO website (http://sfs.harvard.edu/student-accounts). If you are not enrolled in Direct Deposit a check will be mailed to your local campus address. For this option, please allow for an additional 3‐5 business days.
