Welcome to the online Refund Request Form.

Please note that we are unable to process refunds for the Fall 2026 Term at this time. We will begin doing so in mid-August, after check-in for the term has begun, and we will add a "Fall 2026" option to the "Term" field for this purpose.

Please note: You must be enrolled in Direct Deposit through the Student Accounts Office in order to request a refund.

If you have already graduated from the College, please contact us directly at faoinfo@fas.harvard.edu to request a refund.

If you have not yet signed up for Direct Deposit, please go to the SAO website (http://sfs.harvard.edu/student-accounts). If you are connecting a Bank of America account, please use the "Paper or Electronic Check" routing number (not the "Wires" routing number) when setting up your Direct Deposit on the SAO website.
