Gabriel WadfordCategory HFAI
Hi y’all! My name is Gabriel Wadford and I am a sophomore living in Cabot House. I am concentrating in History and Literature while pursuing a citation in Italian. I grew up in a small rural town in South Carolina called Saint Stephen which is about an hour northwest of Charleston, so naturally I love the beach and sweet tea. Outside of classes, I’m involved in a couple of different activities. I’m mostly involved in Kuumba which is a non-audition choir dedicated to uplifting and celebrating Black creativity and spirituality. I’m also a Harvard pre-orientation program leader, specifically for the First-Year Outdoor Program, meaning in August, I lead a group of 8-10 first-year students on a hiking trip designed to help ease the transition from high school to college. In my free time, I enjoy listening to music, playing board/card games, and writing. I’m so excited to join the HFAI team this year as a student coordinator, and I hope to serve as a resource to anyone who has questions about Harvard, financial aid, the application process, or college in general! Feel free to reach out!
