Biography

Hi everyone! My name is Janna Ramadan, and I am a junior in Currie joint-concentrating in Government and Near Eastern Languages and Civilizations (Modern Middle Eastern Studies). Before coming to Harvard I took a gap year working in local politics in my hometown and have continued to explore my interest in international relations, politics, and representation through various Institute of Politics programs and Model United Nations. Between the IOP, Model UN, The Crimson's Flyby blog, and the Arab and Islamic student societies, I found my home on campus meeting people with similar interests and identities. Outside of class and extracurriculars, I love taking personality tests, snacking on fruits or drinking tea with friends, and walking around campus. I am so excited to connect with you and know the college process isn't easy, so feel free to reach out with any questions you have!
