Hey y’all! My name is Emily and I’m a Senior living in Winthrop House. I am double concentrating in Social Anthropology and Integrative Biology with a Secondary in Global Health and Health Policy. I was born and raised on the west coast—the best coast—in California. I am really passionate overall in understanding the mechanisms of behavior both socially and biologically--hence my focus on Anthropology and Biology. On campus I have served as a social media associate for Latinas Unidas and communications chair for Fuerza Latina. I am now Fuerza Latina’s Senior Representative. Suffice to say I also love being able to connect to the Latine/x community here on campus through various events and groups. Outside of campus I would as a student research assistant at the Mental Health for All Lab with the Harvard Medical School as well as a student research assistant at the Wang Lab.
