Undergraduate Admissions Council
Overview
Welcoming students from near and far
The Undergraduate Admissions Council engages with prospective and admitted students to help them learn more about the Harvard College student experience
About the UAC
Hello from the Undergraduate Admissions Council! We are a group of current undergraduates who connect with high school students to share our experiences and help you in your college search.
We also serve as mentors for admitted students and play a major role in greeting, hosting, and entertaining more than a thousand admitted students who are invited to campus for two days for the April visiting program, Visitas. Through opportunities like this, admitted students can begin to build their personal Harvard “community” long before they set foot in a classroom. For current undergraduates, Visitas marked their “aha” moment of decision making; those three days were what made Harvard real, inviting, and most importantly, a place that could become a future home.
